Age of majority how computed
The Jammu and Kashmir Majority Act, 1920In computing ,the age of any person, the day on which ha was born is to be includa as a whole day, and he shall be deemed to have attained majority, if he falls wiW the first paragraph of section 3, at the beginning of the twenty-first anniversary of &hat day, and if he f& *in the second paragraph of section 3, d the beginning d the eighteenth d v m a r y af W day.
