Amendment of section 3, Act VIII of Svt. 1995.-In sub-section
- (1) of section 3 of the principal Act, for the words "in the state", the words "in the state in respect !of men, animals, vehicles, machinery, commodities and goods in any form whatsoever" shall 3s substituted.
