Amendment of the Preamble to Act VIII of Svt. 1995.-In the preamble of the Levy of Tolls Act,' Samvat 1995 (1938 A.D.) (hereinafter referred to as 'the principal Act?), for the words "the Jamrnu and Kashir State", the words "the state in respect of men, animals, vehicles, machinery, commodities and g+ in any form whatsoever" shall be substituted.
