Application of provisions to companies

1 [39. The provisions of sections 4 to 35 (both inclusive) shall apply to the acquisition of land by Government for the purposes of transferring it on lease or otherwise to any company on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine after the said company has executed the agreement hereinafter mentioned. Explanation.-Acquisition of land by the Government for a company under this part shall be deemed to be a public purpose as defined in this Act.]
