13-B. Provisions of this Chapter to have overriding effect.

The provisions of this Chapter or any rule made there under shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therein contained elsewhere in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force or in any judgment, decree or order passed prior to the commencement of the Jammu and Kashmir Houses and Shops Rent Control (Amendment) Act, 1 76.
