Certain offences to be non-bailable and triable summarily

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1989-- (i) the offences specified in clauses (b), (d) and (e) of section 48 and sub-section (1) of section (50) shall be non-bailable, and (ii) the offences specified in sections 48, 49, 50, 50-A, 50-B and 55 and sub-section (1) of section 56 shall be triable summarily.
