Repeal and Saving

Repeal and saving.--

1. (1) The Jammu and Kashmir Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance, 1983 (III of 1983) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken including any rule or order made, notification issued under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made or issued under this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 21st day of January, 1983.
