Definitions.

In this Chapter :—

1. (a) ‘Board’ means the Board of Directors of Jammu and Kashmir State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank ;
2. (b) ‘Agriculture and Rural Development Bank’ means Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank registered or deemed to be registered under this Act and admitted as a member of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank;
3. (c) ‘State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank’ means the Jammu and Kashmir State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank ;
4. (d) ‘Trustee’ means the Trustee referred to in section 81.
