Appeal

Appeal.—(1) Any person aggrieved of the recommendation made by the Empowered Committee under sub-section

1. (4) of section 10 on account of being leftout may prefer an appeal within 30 days from the date of recommendation by Empowered Committee before the Chief Secretary or any other officer nominated by him.
2. (2) The appellate authority may, after hearing the appellant and after seeking comments from the Empowered Committee, pass appropriate orders in this behalf which shall be final and conclusive.
