Chapter VI SPECIAL OFFENCES IN RESPECT OF CHILDREN

Exploitation of child employees. Whoever ostensibly procures a child for the purpose of any employment and withholds the earnings of the child or uses such earnings for his own purposes shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
