Establishment of brick kiln

No brick kilns shall be established on any land which— (a) is agricultural land ; (b) is fit for cultivation of any agricultural produce ; (c) has not been declared as Gair Mujruba (Uncultivable land) as recorded in last jamabandi in the Revenue records ; or (d) is within the demarcated forest area of the Union territory under the Indian Forest Act, 1927(16 of 1927).
