Power to make roles.-The Grnanment bay make mlea to carry out the purposes of this Act.

1. (2) In parti~~lar and without prejudice to thb generality of the foregoing power, such des may provide for-
   • (a) prescribing the area of land for purposes of clause
   • (g) of section 2 ;
   • (b) prescribing the form of declaration unddr subsection
     • (I) of section 17 for submitting a declaration tb make a gift of Iand ;
   • (c) prescribing the form of notice under subhection
2. (3) of section 17 calling upon persons to show cause Fcrhy a gift of land should not be accepted ;
   • (d) stating other grounds under clause
     • (iv) of sub-section
   • (LO) of section 17 for rejecting the offer to make a /g:ft ;
   • (e) prescribing other particulars under clause '(0 of sub-section
3. (1) of section 21 ; and
   • (f) any other matter which is to be or may be!prescribed.
