Ejectment of Bhudan holder on breach of conditions. If any Bhudan holder commits a breach of any of the conditions in section 25, the revenue officer may, after an enquiry, determine the right of the holder and the land shall thereupon vest in the Board without affecting his liability to pay the arrears of land revenue recoverable from him.
