Penalty for manufacture of weights etc. without licence.-If any person manufactures, repairs, or sells any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument without obtaining a licence as required by section 13, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a period which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
