Statutory text
- (1) The Himachal Pradesh Water Cess Hydropower Generation Ordinance, 2023 (H.P. Ordinance No. 2 of 2023) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. __________________
