The Chief Whip and the Deputy Chief Whip not to draw salary or allowances as a Member of Legislative Assembly.- The Chief Whip and the Deputy Chief Whip shall not be entitled to receive any sum by way of salary or allowances, as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh except what is specifically provided for under this Act.
