Statutory text
Residence.-
- (1) The Chief Whip shall be provided with residential facilities or allowances, as the case may be, as are admissible to a Cabinet Minister of the Government under the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers (Himachal Pradesh) Act, 2000.
- (2) The Deputy Chief Whip shall be provided with residential facilities or allowances, as the case may be, as are admissible to a Minister of State of the Government under the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers (Himachal Pradesh) Act, 2000.
