Statutory text
Court fees.-Notwithstanding anything contained in the Himachal Pradesh Court Fees Act, 1968 (8 of 1968) an appeal preferred under section 8 or an application for revision made under section 9, shall bear court fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
