Statutory text
Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Luxuries (in Hotels and Lodging Houses) Act, 1979.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force from the date the Act is notified in the official gazette.
