Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board Act, 1986.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of HimachalPradeshState.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint.
