Filling of casual vacancies

Filling of casual vacancies.—In case there occurs any casual vacancy in anyauthority or body of the University, due to death, resignation or removal of a member, the sameshall be filled, as early as possible, by the person or body who appoints or nominates the memberwhose place become vacant and person appointed or nominated to a casual vacancy shall be amember of such authority or body for the residue of the term for which the person whose place hefills would have been member.
