Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the Sri Sai University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Act”) for sub-section (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

  1. (2) Copies of annual report prepared under sub-section
  2. (1) shall also be presented to the Regulatory Commission and the Government.
