Chapter III MORATORIUM ON EXECUTION OF DECREES AGAINST SMALL FARMERS

The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette extend the period of one year referred to in sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 5 and sub-section (2) of section 6 by a further period not exceeding one year.
