Repeal and savings.- With effect from the commencement of this

Act, the Himachal Pradesh Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Ordinance, 1975 (7 of 1975), shall stand repealed:

Provided that anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
