Power to remove difficulties

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. VALIDATION SECTION ADDED VIDE THE HIMACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICES GUARANTEE (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019 (ACT NO. 18 OF 2019)

3. Validation.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law or in

any judgment, decree or order of any court, all the things done or actions

taken, notifications and rules etc. notified under the principal Act on or after

th September, 2011, shall for all purposes be deemed to be and to have always been, validly done, taken or passed as if the principal Act was in force on that date and shall not be called in question before any court, tribunal, commission or authority on the ground of any defect in the commencement of the principal Act. _____________________
