Bar of interference by Courts in election matters

Bar of interference by Courts in election matters. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the validity of any law relating to the delimitation of constituencies, or the allotment of seats in such constituencies, made or purported to be made under this Act shall not be called in question in any Court.
