The Government of Himachal Pradesh may, after consultation with the Commission, approve and sanction the programme referred to in section 16 in whole or with such modification as it considers fit.

Supplementary programme Supplementary programme.- The Board may prepare and forward a supplementary programme for the sanction of the Government of Himachal Pradesh in such form and before such date as the Government of Himachal Pradesh may prescribe and the provisions of section 14 shall apply in relation to such supplementary programme.
