This Act sets up the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board to organise, develop and regulate khadi and village industries in the State. It sets out the Board's constitution, its Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary, meetings, standing committees and staff. The Board prepares programmes and budgets for sanction and follows directions from the Khadi and Village Industries Commission.
