Maintenance of register.—(1) Each nurseryman shall maintain a register in the prescribed form containing complete information regarding the plant material sold as well as the name and complete address of the purchaser.

  1. (2) The register shall be preserved by the nurseryman for at least ten years after the date of conclusion of the transaction.
