Definitions

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "agricultural development" includes development of dairy, poultry, piggery, sheep and cattle breeding, pisciculture and sericulture; (b) "Bank" means- (i) a banking company as defined in the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), 1.
