THE HIMACHAL PRADESH EX-SERVICEMEN CORPORATION ACT, 1979 3

An Act to provide for the establishment of the Himachal Pradesh Ex- servicemen Corporation. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by-

1. (i) H.P. Act No. 16 of 1981 assented to by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh on 7 th November,1981, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 10 th November, 1981, pp. 995-999, effective from 25 th August, 1981, repealed by H. P. Act No. 13 of 1984 assented to by the Governor, Himachal Pradesh on 28 th May, 1984 published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra- ordinary), dated 4 th June, 1984, pp. 957-964, effective from 25 th August, 1981.
2. (iii) H. P. Act No. 5 of 2014 assented to by the Governor, Himachal Pradesh on 29 th January, 2014, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, dated 5 th February, 2014, pp. 6487-6489. It is hereby enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India as follow:- CHAPTER- I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Ex-servicemen Corporation Act, 1979.

1. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint in this behalf.
