Delegation of Powers by the Government

(1) Government may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act except those conferred upon it by Sections 3, 23 and this section, to any person or authority subordinate to it. (2) The exercise of any power delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations or conditions, if any as may be laid down by the Government and shall also be subject to control and revision by it.
