Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Armed Bands (Arrest and Detention) Act, 1969. (2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force in such areas and on such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification, direct in this behalf.
