  2. 1. Short title, extent and commencement
  3. 2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

  21. 20. Explanation:- For the purpose of this section, “creditor” includes the State, or an Official Assignee or Official Receiver appointed under the law relating to insolvency for the time being in force.
