Establishment of Aayog

(1) The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a body to be known as the Haryana Yog Aayog to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the functions assigned to it under this Act. (2) The Aayog shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may by said name sue and be sued.
