Vacancy

In the event of death, resignation, disqualification or removal of non-official member, a vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred in such office and such vacancy shall be filled as early as possible by fresh nomination of a person thereto as a member, who shall hold office for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
