Statutory text
- (1) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made thereunder, the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the Authority shall vest in the Chief Executive Officer.
- (2) The Chief Executive Officer may by an order, delegate any of his powers to any officer of the Authority on such terms and conditions, as may be determined:
