Constitution and function of Planning Board.

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or employee for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or Ordinances. (1) The Planning Board shall consist of - (i) the Vice-Chancellor (Chairperson); (ia) Deleted; (ii) the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance Department or nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary; (iii) the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Health and Medical Education Department or nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary; (iv) the Director General, Health Services, Haryana or a nominee not below the rank of Director Health Services; (v) the Director, Pt.
