Section 48(3)

The committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall evaluate and review the performance of the Authority and make recommendations to the State Government as to – (a) the extent of fulfilment of the goals and objectives of the Authority stated in this Act, as demonstrated by the state of infrastructure, urban environment and social, economic and industrial development of the notified area; (b) the effectiveness of coordination mechanisms between the Authority, the local authority, the Panchkula Police, the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran and such other agencies of State Government involved in infrastructure development, sustainable management of the urban environment and social, economic and industrial development in the notified area; (c) future vision of the Authority alongwith corrective measures, if any; (d) such other matters, as may be referred to the committee by the State Government.
