Section 42(1)

The Authority shall be eligible to receive the proportionate development charges for external development works and paid or payable by an owner granted a licence under the said Act in the notified area of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975): Provided that such proportionate development charges shall be collected by the Director under the said Act and transferred to the Authority.
