PART-1 HARYANA GOVERNMENT LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT Notification The 10 th November, 2006 No.Leg.35/2006.-The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of on the 30 th October, 2006, and is hereby published for general information:- HARYANA ACT No.31 of 2006 BHAGAT PHOOL SINGH MAHILA VISHWAVIDYALAYA KHANPUR KALAN ACT, 2006 AN ACT to establish and incorporate a women university (teaching-cum-affiliating university) at Khanpur Kalan to facilitate and promote women in the field of higher education with special emphasis in emerging areas of Information Technology, Computer Education, Medical Sciences, Bio-technology, Environmental Studies, Technology and Management Studies. and also to achieve excellence in these and connected fields. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Fifty- Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. (1) This Act may be called Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Khanpur Kalan Act, 2006.
