Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Tax on Luxuries Act, 2007.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th day of September, 2007.
