Removal of name from register

The Council may, by order, remove from the register the name of any Physiotherapist who has been convicted of a cognizable offence as defined by the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), or has been found guilty of professional misconduct after due enquiry.
