Chapter X MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
Every member and the officers and staff appointed under this Act while exercising any power or performing any duty under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the India Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
