PART - I HARYANA GOVERNMENT LAW AND LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT Notification The 20th October, 2016 No. Leg. 34/2016.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 15th September, 2016 and is hereby published for general information:— HARYANA ACT NO. 30 OF 2016 THE HARYANA SPORTS COUNCIL ACT, 2016 AN ACT to provide for the promotion of sports, games, yoga and physical fitness, to augment the athletic efficiency, to promote the concept of ‘sports for all’, to constitute sports councils at State level, district level and local level in the State of Haryana and for matter ancillary or incidental thereto.
