Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Service of Engineers, Group A, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department Act, 2010. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th November, 2010. (3) It shall apply to the persons who are members of the Service and have been appointed on or after the 4th November, 2010.
