Staff of the Board

(1) The Board may, with the prior approval of the Government, appoint necessary staff for the performance of the functions assigned to it under this Act: Provided that the Board may with the prior approval of the Government appoint officers in the service of the Government to attend to the functions of the Board in addition to their duties under the Government. (2) The staff appointed under sub-section (1) shall be paid from the Fund of the Board such remuneration as the Board may, with the prior approval of the Government, fix from time to time. (3) The Board may, by regulations to be made with the previous sanction of the Government, prescribe conditions of service of the staff.
