Execution of contracts by Board

Statutory text
(1) Every contract entered into by the Board shall be in writing and shall be signed on behalf of the Board by the Chief Administrator or any Group A Officer of the Board duly authorised by him in this behalf and shall be sealed with the common seal of the Board. (2) No contract other than a contract executed as provided in sub-section (1) shall be binding on the Board.
