Statutory text
District Planning Committee constituted under the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, shall consolidate the plans prepared by the Gram Panchayats, Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads and also prepare a draft development plan for the district as a whole as per the provisions of article 243ZD of the Constitution of India.
