Statutory text
- (1) Every municipality shall, in consultation with the town vending committee once in every five years prepare a plan to promote the vocation of street vendors covering matters contained in First Schedule.
- (2) The street vending plans prepared by the municipality shall be submitted to the town vending committee for approval.
